Relax, mate. I have felt suicidal once but I just waited for the bad times to go away and they did. I'm so very happy now and I feel so thankful to this beautiful life. You are gonna die one day anyway so its no point to just kill yourself.

It is a cult-tactic of religion to replace self-confidence with a dependency on god. If this has been done to you, you'll feel a need to keep going to fulfill yourself. You don't need it in your life. You don't need to feel guilt for being human.

We do not have control over our dreams. We have control over what we do before we go to sleep. Just take time with the Lord and listen to praise and worhip music or somthing that is peaceful. What you take to bed with you is what is in your mind. Some people get nightmare because they watch horror movies and then go to bed. Pray and get peace in your self and most of all try to forgive yourself.
