Your diary seems a little.. Strange.. Ice cream for brekkie? Presuming you usually eat well it shouldn't be a problem, it should 'trick' your metabolism. When people hit a 'wall' in there weight loss (plateau) they are told to add in cheat days, to trick the metabolism to give it a kick start! So it could actually help you in your weight loss, but don't take that too seriously, if you have them too often they don't count! And I see no water intake! DRINK WATER! I think it's the most important thing! Even on your cheat day you should try eat healthy enough don't just pack in everything you can, have your favourite foods in moderation! Take a break from exercise fir the day
