Yes. Proportioning your meals and not over-eating is extremely beneficial to losing weight. Walking is also helpful, as it will get your body active. Also remember to stay hydrated as well!

No or maybe, But why dont u try to jog of 1hour at least everyday? ?? Actually after 40mins normal jogging we break our extra fatty calories... so u have to do it at least 1 hour... leave chocolate & creams, sugar & try green &; colored vegitables like lettuce, carrots... &of course walk 15 mins rapidly at night before sleeping, so some calories will be spent... do some normal exercises(not so hard) ; try not to ride elevators. Use stairs 6-12 times (of 5floors) at a day.. u will surely see, what happens then within only one month. :) best of luck.
