Contact Your local Dept Of Lands and Forests and see what the regulations are before killing them off. Last thing You want is a hefty fine . You might want to leave a few mouse traps baited with cat food to make them wary about hanging around Your yard . Won't kill them but will sure make them nervous.

I would. That will put an end to the family of them that refuse to go off with the others and do what nature intended. These particular ones have become a nuisance to your well being.

You need prove agriculture damage. Hard to do with Buzzards. And they are Federal protected as migratory birds. So you need a Federal permit. So No to the average person. Wind mills sometimes work. Paint the blades bright. And put a clacker in the blades. A thin piece of spring steel so when the blades turn you get Clack clack. like a plastic in a bike spoke. A piece of heavy clear fishing line. Around 150 to 200lb test. String cow bells on it about a foot apart were they like to be. They hit the line and clang the bell will sometimes work. You can get a carcuss regular. Dropping it off about 3 miles from your place will sometimes work as well.
