Experience is experience....it isn't defined as "paid" or "unpaid". As long as you prove to them you understand the job and know what to do, you should be fine. Good luck.

Absolutely. The employer is looking to see what kind of experience you have. Unless the employer is specifically requesting only past paid positions, list it. It was a position and it gave you the experience. Sometimes employers like to see this as it shows such an interest by you, that you were willing to do it sans pay.

I would say yes cause I have used volunteer experience on my resume before I had work experience and being an intern is no different but maybe better cause that way you were kinda picked/hired by that company....volunteering can be community service for any crimnal charge so I would say its worse
