No, definitely not! why for heaven's sake did you choose an APU and then added a dedicated graphics card? that's the wrong way. if one decides to go with a dedicated gpu then drop the APU because the cpu part of them is WEAK! here's a much better setup for a gaming computer. in a $860 build you can't afford a (R9) 290X gpu, you probably mean R7 260X (rebranded HD 7790) http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2qZJY as you can see, it's possible to get an Intel i5 (latest generation) and an HD 7870 (R9 270X) for the same price. this beat your build considerably.
