Remember there is a weekend and a holiday in there. It's 3 - 5 business days.

Their system has been completely messed up because the mail facilities got overrun with last-minute holiday orders, it's normal. They're very busy trying to catch up with the demand, and thousands of packages are currently behind schedule. The message means they're moving it to the carrier (plane, truck) and that the carrier doesn't do tracking for packages, basically, you won't know where it is until it arrives. The package being delayed is nothing new this time of year, however I'm sorry for your sake. Good luck!
