If your name is not on the deed you can be evicted , especially if the house is in her name . You sound like a vindictive trouble maker and evil woman that seeks to use the cops to do your dirty work . It's a shame you couldn't put the same amount of effort into making your marriage work.

Sounds to me this lady used you and your husband to pay her mortgage, you should have had her to put your name on the house if you were going to pay money on it. You have no rights to the house, sorry to say, hopefully, you can continue staying with your mom, just to get through the holidays, sorry about what happen.
