Sorry man, but you can't upgrade your laptop's graphics card. This is because the card that came with the laptop was already pre-built into it. In other words, it's an integrated graphics card.

No you can't but can change the motherboard with better chipset and gpu

Have you looked at this site for adding one: http://www.j5create.com/our-products/external-video-adapters-usb3.html Its not as good as on board cards but the USB 3.0 ones work really good (same quality as on board..) and your computer would support those. As the other answers say, the only other ways would be by upgrading the entire motherboard.
