Go to Best Buy and say I would like to buy 4 extra gig of RAM, what will it cost to buy it and have installed. Usually when you are buying something the installation is cheaper.

Hi, You have 2 slots on your motherboard, and both are occupied with 2GB sticks. Your motherboard does support up to 8GB of RAM (in a 2x4GB configuration), so you'd need to replace the 2 2GB sticks with 2 4GB sticks. You also need a 64bit operating system if you haven't got one already.

From the motherboard's spec, it will go up to 8 max. http://www.asus.com/ph/Motherboards/P5G41TM_LX3/#specifications however, you will need a 64-bit operating system, otherwise it will not see anything over 4
