There's a good article on http://www.r43ds.org about how to do this, but I can't seem to find the link in their news section. But I believe the tool they recommended was an online too found here: http://aspspider.info/uniquegeeks/nds.aspx With this, you select your save source file (in your case, it may be desemume) that you want to convert over to the right type of R4 card format. You would select the emulator as your source format, and then select the R4 format you want to save to. I can confirm that it works with the r4 3ds cards I got from the site I mentioned earlier without any issue, for the r4 3ds dual core card that I use. http://aspspider.info/uniquegeeks/nds.aspx
