Anything is possible- take it to audi and give them a signed blank check.

It would be really easy if like you said you use the touch screen that came factory literally it would be taking out the old radio and the factory one would plug straight into the plugs that are behind the radio. If it's one not factory it'll be difficult. Junkyards will sell the stock radio really cheap.

Can't do the factory touchscreen unless you want to rework the electrical, and the wiring harness in yours. As for using your iPhone, take a look at enfig.com, there may be an adapter for it.

Consider an aftermarket kit, such as one from Dension, for iPhone connection to your Audi A4. As for touchscreen, Dynavin Touchscreen can do a the job.
