Thats too much carbs.eat balanced diet and limit your calorie intake to 1500 cals Good luck

your breakfast plan is similar to mine, except i have whole grain bread instead of white bread, and i also add yogurt, boiled beans, cheese, and another egg to my meal. Your lunch and dinner plans are kinda off tho. You could try adding more protein and vitamins to your meals. Also, it depends on what type of workouts you do. Try a lot of cardio. 40 minutes a day, spread on two 20 minute sessions.

Well you could but very slowly the biscuits are holding a lot of calories and in order to loose weight you need to eat less. Try this. Change all your white bread to brown white bread includes lots of sugars and unnatural ingredients. With the egg if it is cooking in oil it is cooking in its own fat try scrambled or boiled. Mabye only one sandwich.And you must cut out the biscuits.Aim for about 1500 calories a day with your work out and the weight should start to decrease good luck.

No because you're eating too much bread. You need to limit carbs, especially refined carbs like white bread. Right now you're consuming too many carbs
