As long as they are drained and rinsed they can be eaten cold from the container you empty them into, or cooked. I have found canned corn seem to be sweeter than frozen. It may just have been the brand though. They are better than not eating Frozen are the better Dune

What's wrong with fresh? You can eat canned vegetables, but remember canned corn is GMO, which is NOT GOOD FOR YOU.

Divide your weight by 2.2. The number you get is the grams of protein you need in a day. You can eat the corn, but peas would be much better.

Canned veggies aren't awesome. Fresh is best, then frozen. I doubt you'll find canned veggies without any preservatives at all, not even salt. Also, be wary of BPA and other dangerous plastics in the can lining. But if you want a can of corn, have a can of corn. Give it a good rinse first to getvrid of excess sodium.

Corn isn't REALLY that great as a veggie in the first place - I love broccoli - which does so much more for your body. Corn on the cob is fun to eat - it has a lot of sugars in the kernels, but not really that much else.

Canned food is not really great for you. Cans are lined with PBA's which are cancer causing. Next time buy frozen instead.

Are you eating the dust from a wood fire with yo' corn ! In Mexico , not noticing the tortillas were picking up dirt / vitamins from the fire stones , Columbus's buddies took corn back to Spain and Italy and the eaters of it came out in Mal de Rosa , the Illness of the Rose , pink blotches from vitamin deficiency . Why kelloggs add vitamins !

If you have eaten 1400 calories you still have 100 to go read the can you can eat the whole can and not have 100 calories. If you are over 120 lb and eating 1500 calories then you have a maintenance most doctors will like. If you are under 100 lb and eating less than 1500 calories you need to get help because you will be getting sick soon. you can eat the vegetables canned if you want. best to get them frozen and use only enough to make it tasty and not enough to damage the stomach. Fresh and frozen are best but eat enough to keep your weight within your age group. overweight is a tendance to go dibetic in the long run and not enough nutrition is anorexic and they find them self sick and hurting most of the time. you need to exercise daily if you want but in the same breath do not over eat. I can give you 4 seperate lectures on health of body on this tipic and not all on this page. my letters are limeted just as not enough calories. vegan and want to not feel hungary? beans and grains are a complete protein and filling. vegetables and fruit are filling and not as expensive as a doctor bill for the week. Breakfast 2 servings of grain for breakfast such as oatmeal (old-fashion) 2 cups of fruit lunch 1 serving of whole grain (wheat or rice) and 1 serving of beans 2 cups of vegetables you will not be even up to 1500 calories and will fill fuller but if you want to make the 1500 add nuts 2 tab per day to breakfast and lunch and get your exercise.

People lived on nothing but canned veggies in winter for many years before all manner of produce was available. You might simply be craving that crunch. try something else first, like dry cereal, a salad, or raw veggies.
