If you getting fat deposits on your belly that means that you are eating junk food and bread and pasta .You should run sometimes no matter what but to gain weight lots of freshly cooked food and lots of weights lifted . If you could lift once more but you didn't have enough mental strength to endure the pain than small chance you will get muscle and with that weight . It has to hurt . One muscle group a day .
