If you do AS and A2 maths in year 12, it means by year 13, you already have one full A-level grade. If you do AS further maths in year 12, it means you'll have 1 AS grade by the end of year 12. If by the end of year 13 you have AS + A2 grades in drama and Economics, it means you have the same number of A-Levels as most students do, i.e. three A-Levels (maths, drama and economics) and one AS (further maths). Technically, your sixth form should allow this and they don't really have much say in the number of subjects that you do, as long as it's not too many subjects that they think it might affect your academic performance, which is obviously not the case here. The problem you might have however, is that universities usually consider maths and further maths as a single subject; so it might look like you just have 3 A-levels, as opposed to further maths AS and 3 A-levels.
