Hi I would eat about 2000 calories,1300 is far too little you would end up losing weight instead of gaining muscle,then your calcium would be depleted. Have a nice day.

No when you gain muscle you will burn fat. When you are on 1300 calories a day you will also be burning your muscle as well as fat which is not good: muscle needs food to form. Eat healthy foods and lots of them to gain muscle- you'll gain fat from bad foods like candy, sodas and sugary things.

No way... Can't gain muscles on a caloric deficit... You can get stronger but that will be mostly due to a better nerves efficiency.

to gain muscle you need to eat more than you need and since you are 18 you need atleast 1800 kcal a day, being below that wont get you any muscle at all what you need to do is eat alot and train hard, thats how you get muscle and there is simply no other way

Yes, you could as long as your getting enough nutrients, protein especially. However for your height and weight Id recommend slightly more calories, at least 1500.
