Definitely. An annual check-up can cover both your physical and mental issues. Please, talk to your doctor about this if you aren't comfortable talking to your parents about it.

Of course you can, and you should. Mental issues are nothing to be shy about. If you are more comfortable talking just to your doctor, you can do that. But remember, parents can take a big part in helping you with your problems, so consider that too. Good luck.

YES! that is the perfect time to talk to your doctor about it, and you are right when they ask us mothers to go out of the room, (been there), and they know how to address it after he helps your out, with your parents.
