Yes bill her. Don't expect her to pay, even expect a threatening letter from the lawsers (losers + lawyers) Basically you did the work on the expectation that they will pick it up and pay, you have expenses which they are fully liable for. Mind you she could just be pranking the law firm about this. Also, next time, have a policy about pre-paying for orders larger than a certain amount. Pizza places do this.

Yes, bill her as there is a perfectly valid verbal contract. Just do not expect payment as a matter of course. If no payment received it will be too expensive to take this further so write it off as a bad debt. At least some tax benefit this way.

Call her and bill her, just because she works in a law office doesnt mean she can sue you for charging her
