Yes. but you can do it yourself. for calorie intake I recommend SparkPeople.com. its a little time consuming and tricky in the beginning but as you learn how to use it, the program learns about you, and starts filling things in for you - kind of like google. Not only does it calculate calorie intake but it can track your macro and micro nutrients, too. For fat percentage - an online calculator. Its not that accurate - but its close enough. You can also go to the local gym and they will have a BFP Caliper. The doctor might have one, too. There are also special scales that can figure it out. The best way to calculate BFP is using Specific Gravity and measuring your volume. You need a special water tank for that. Some sports centers have them. But for most of us - the online calculator is good enough.

Reduce your own stress. Your stress hormone cortisol is usually activated by extremely low-calorie weight loss plans, intense training, lack of sleep and day-to-day worries, which ends in a spike in glucose levels in your blood. More worryingly, it can contribute to blocked arteries and fat build-up around your internal organs, putting you in danger of diabetes and heart disease. The only prescription for this is to… chill out.
