well, i would suggest getting a FX 8350 and overclocking that to save money and technically yes, the FX9370 is a 220w cpu the 78LMT-USB3 can only handle 125w TDP, but with a PROPER COOLER, that shouldent be a concern TDP = amount of heat generated --->WITH A CPU THAT POWERFUL, YOU NEED A GOOD COOLER<--- NZXT, CROSAIR, etc make 240 mm water coolers for about 110$

According to the CPU support list on Gigabytes site the short answer is no. You'll want a board with the 990FX chip set to run the 9370 in most cases. You can though do as suggested above buy FX8350+H100i cooler+Performance ram. Then you can reach the stock turbo of a 9370 with little issue. If you look at all the specifications on both chips you see that the 9370's are essentially cherry picked 8350's. With a different CPU ID, Multiplier and FSB settings programmed at the factory. You can change the majority of those settings manually.

I wouldn't try it! The highest listed CPU for that board is the 8350, the 760G is not a top end chip set, you need a 990FX for higher end CPUs to get full advantage. putting a 220W cpu in a 125W socket is just inviting disaster. Your CPU may not "turn up" or it may "blow up"!
