Can a nurse practitioner afford a nice home? Yes. Gov't pays her double for inserting nanochips thru IVs. So, if I were you, I wouldn't be a nurse. Forgive me.

They don't make as much money as a doctor, but they sure do provide a good service. Can they afford a nice home? It depends on where you live, and what you consider a nice home to be. Houses are expensive some places, and cheap other places. I think you will always live a middle class lifestyle if you are to be a nurse practitioner. You won't get rich. And in some expensive cities, you can look forward to renting an apartment, not buying a house.

The relevance of this post for religion and spirituality is? But answer to your question yes they can. But after all home is where the heart is so even though you have the money to buy a building doesn't mean your heart will call it home.
