Sure! I would imagine most priests, once they figured out you are not catholic (RCC) would at least talk with you. Some of the sick ones would tell you to get lost, of course, but then they're sick, so... But most confessionals don't ask for ID up front.

Sure. Why would they is the better question...they can't really absolve you of any sin and you don't need any earthly intercessor or advocate since Jesus Christ is the only one performing those duties since the cross, according to the Bible (be wary of "churches" that go against what the Bible says in favor of their own traditions and interests.)

he would have to make a special appointment to be face to face . if you confess to a priest behind a screen your confession is invalid.

Yes, you just can't receive the sacrament. You can always call and make an appointment with a priest and speak in his office instead.
