As a rule, if the processor is gone the cost to fix it will be much more than to get a new laptop. Laptop processors are soldered to the motherboard with a very few exceptions on ultra high end units. You might be able to find a laptop for parts on ebay, and swap out the board w/processor but that can be a risky move...

may be the problem is with your power supply or battery. try removing your battery and turn on the laptop with charger plugged. if the laptop starts normal like before, then check your psu or battery from a repair center. its hard to say that your cpu is broken and even i dnt think the problem is with your cpu. also check your rams are in good condition. :) cheerrz
