Sperry's aren't meant to be worn with socks, so to break them in correctly, you need to stop wearing socks with them and just wear them barefoot. I know it hurts and the give you blisters, but thats just the truth. The band aids are the way to go when wearing them barefoot. Use them liberally and put them anywhere you start to feel a blister forming from rubbing up against your bare skin. They have some extra cushiony thick bandaids too that are worth wearing in your mos blistery areas. But the truth is, if you want to wear your Sperrys the way they were meant to be worn and it look right, ie without socks, then you will just need to continue to practice wearing them without socks to help break them in properly. If youre going to wear them without socks, then the only proper way to break them in is without socks. Breaking them in should only take a few days if you can keep it up. You can also try to use a shoe stretcher some to help with the process, as that can make a big difference. Just keep on trying to wear them as much as you can for as long as you can, and before you know it, they'll be broken in. Goodluck!
