protein supplements do not give you strong muscles. They just give you big muscles due to water retention. And what's the point of those. Just have a diet that 50% protein(natural sources. Dairy, soya, tofu, ragi, dals, lean meats etc.), 40% carbs and 20% fat. Keep it clean and healthy. And for a good body you need to exercise!!!!! Not feed your body protein shake. they will kill your kidneys
