This scam is so common I cannot believe that you have not heard of it. Even if you didn't know it's scam it is fairly obvious that if you have never borrowed money then you do not owe any money.

The fact that it was an automated message should have tipped you off. Get copies of your credit reports and call Chase bank and explain what is happening, Do not call them again, and don't even answer the phone if it rings, let the machine pick up and record it.
