I am not familiar with steam being used but freezing with carbon dioxide is the usual way to go. Since it is winter you can open windows on a freezing day and kill them all. You have to let the room get very cold for most of a day.

price depends on many things 1st being location. we give each of our tenants bedbug motels to use. they get to turn them in monthly. keeps us aware of problems.
