I disagree with ET. Her mum came to your mum, so she knows that you're not a professional. You can certainly give the girl beginning voice technique for awhile, and then if she is really good, suggest to the mum that she needs a professional teacher. This will be good experience for you. Charge what you would charge for babysitting. The girl's mum is asking in order to find out if her daughter will do well with lessons. Don't worry about it; accept the money,.
