Mine were in the bouncer from Day 1. They were very comfortable and well supported in there, and I could just gently touch the bouncer to rock them. They both loved it. It's quite OK for babies to be in them from early days - the baby is happy and comfortable which is all you want. The bouncer keeps them in a slightly upright position which is really good for their digestion , too. I'd recommend it.

I put my daughter in at about three days old, right when we got home. She was so small tho she didn't really weigh it down so it could kinda form around her to help support her. So I stuck with the swing until she was about two weeks. My daughter didn't have good head control so I did buy a head support to lay o the bouncer with her

As soon as you want; there's no minimum age.

We started using the bouncy seat within the first week. He's 4.5 months and it's still the only way he will fall asleep usually.
