Bas rutten has a 28 minute non stop workout with sprints tuck jumps pushups and situps and its al right, i dont think 15 minutes is enough. i go to the gym for maybe an hour minimum for one muscle group

Every bit counts and 15 minutes would be better than nothing. You could do 2, 15 minute workouts a day? And also try not to sit down or be still too much. Moving burns calories, so simply stretching, standing and walking around will help you. It all adds up :)
