Chains, and drive slow. Don't make any sudden turns or slam on the brakes. If you start to slide on ice then you should try and keep your car as straight as possible, and down shift to slow down. Skidding is bad news. Be careful, and drive safe!

Sometimes when it snows u see ice on the floor later on which might cause the car to slip. The best advice I could give u is to not get nerves when that happens, and to whole the wheel tightly and to hate the brakes more than onces instead of sudden stop which might cause an accident.! Keep hitting the brakes until the car stops. It's best to stay home. Last time almost 10 to 15 cars pumped on each other due to the ice on the highway. So be careful.

Practice - somewhere where you won't hurt anything You won't get so much traction. That means you can't accelerate so hard, can't slow down so quickly, and can't take corners so fast. So you need to allow extra time to slow down before intersections, corners, traffic lights, pedestrians etc. Speed itself isn't the problem, it's the fact you can't change direction or stop suddenly. Watch for idiots who don't understand any of that and still think they can turn across you in the same way as normal.
