I'd start by losing your bedtime slim fast shake. Those things are meant to replace a meal, not as a bedtime snack, and usually have a couple hundred calories.

Try to join a club or gym.Having other people working out around you makes it easy.

First off, it's 'lose' not 'loose'. You need to do cardio if you're just wt lifting. Also, you know muscle does burn fat even at rest. Cut back your calories. What's your 'normal' lunch/dinner? What's the calorie/carb count? Also, cut out the 'slim fast' and snacks right before bed.
