Here are a few tricks. First follow the instructions as to no food or water exactly. Before you take the test, gently chew the inside of your cheek or brush it with a soft tooth brush. You need to provide more cells so they can be tested. Provide a bit more spit than required. Good luck When you get your results, download your raw data and either send it to FamilyTreeDNA or GedMatch or both, so you will have any useable data. ADD: there is really no good reason to transfer your results TO Ancestry DNA. Just upload to GedMatch and compare your actual chromosomes patterns with folks from both 23andMe and FTDNA. Ancestry seems to be using some very unusual algorithms so sometimes the results are accurate and sometimes they are questionable.
