no sweets soda carbs after 7 chips nothing bad u need to drink 8-10bottles of water a day. running is the best way to drop the weight or swimming. hill running is the best. but 75% of loosing weight is eating healthy. u gotta sweat to loose weight f the heart rate. its about sweat
