after reading your post.. i am convinced that im not the only one who feels like this.. well i know how it feels.. sometimes its like its never going to end, sometimes you feel so soo sooo worried but you dont know why.. it had happened a lot to me during the first few months of my break up.. but now im MashaAllah, way way wayy better than before.. i donno which religion do u belong to, but according to Islam we gotta pray a lot when it happens.. and from the time i started praying, believe me, i never felt better than this in my whole life.. i felt that life has become way lot better than before.. but then that was my way of moving on in life.. i donno how exactly i should advise you on this but all i can tell you is dont take things so seriously in life.. cuz you never know what happens tmr.. maybe you'll meet much better guy tmr , who knows? at the time of my break up i felt very anxious and i thought i could never get a better guy in life and felt very depressed.. but in a few months i got such a good guy who i had never imagined .. so its better you stop worrying, remind yourself positive things about life.. watch a lot of comedy movies.. and cartoons too! listen to music, try singing, try new stuff, go out with friends, make new friends! enjoy life.. :) if u found this useful , you can mail me on [email protected] :)

His just insecure, and for the first time he loves someone , YOU. But he doesnt know how to handle it , his insecurities make him feel as if his not good enough, or that he can and will lose you , maybe he has a history of people walking out of.his life , and he doesn't want to lose you , YOU ARE IN A ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP, and he needs help , professional help . You have NO fault in any of this , its perfectly okay, to feel these emotions. He just never learned to accept , ans gain confidence ..
