30 minutes 4 times a week is not enough exercise when you eat high sugar high carb food. At the most you must be burning only about 800 calories a week. That's not enough to tone your thighs and reduce your chubby chicks. Stop or reduce intake of high carb diet considerably and eat healthy food every 2 hours in smaller portions (Food that fills but low in calories). Exercise daily and see the magic in a month.
