Never choose a mutual fund based on NAV. Study the market or get help from mutual fund adviser. Since mutual funds are subject to market risks. It will really help in long run. Trust me!

NAV means absolutely nothing regarding the quality of the fund or future performance.

With a mutual fund I am sure NAV doesn't matter at all. You maybe should look at Investment Trusts where the market price can be at a discount or premium to NAV (usually the NAV is at a premium to the share price)
