Ask him to leave, if he won't, call the police. Rob- REALLY? It is NEVER right to shout at an employee.
Answer #5 | 16/11 2009 12:58
If making a reasonable request I feel the customer should be accommodated, however just because a person works in the service industry does not mean that the general public has the right to abuse them. The manager should attempt to diffuse the situation, if this is not possible and the customer is abusing his staff, then he should ask them to leave and call the police if they refuse to comply. I also feel that people who behave this way should be banned from the establishment.
