How long does the car dealer have to send you the title? Wait until the next day. If you still haven't received the title then hire an attorney.

you can sue him now , he has to give you the title within 24 hours of the sale and should have given it as soon as you paid for the car you can't even use the car and don't own it until you get the title so my advice is contact the seller and tell him you'll give him 24 hours to get you the title or refund your money and take the car back or you'll see him in court

What is the hold up on the title? If they can not produce it, ask for all of your money back and return the car. You can report them to the State Attorney General's Office department of consumer affairs if you feel they are acting illegally or unprofessionally.
