Put as most cash as possible in CPU, GPU, RAM and cooling and you're ready to go.

Then look at the usual stores (Dell, HP, Acer, Toshiba, Lenovo, etc). With a little luck you can have end-year sales or something. But ... I don't understand why you insist on prebuilt, because building is easy (just follow the instructions) and you can't go wrong. Sourcing parts via sites like pcpartpicker.com will save you plenty or give you a lot more for your money. The good thing about building yourself as well, is that you can re-use parts from an old PC (PSU, case, keyboard, monitor, mouse, CD, HD, ...) and by doing that you save even more and you can really up the spec of your new PC! Then again, it's all up to you. It's the diff between a medium or high-end PC ;-)
