now you have to need rest because if you do hard work that can affect you and your baby.so have a rest.

When i was pregnant i was tired alot as well. I soon added some cardio to my day and that helped. I also increased my iron intake. By eating beans and spinach. And taking naps when i needed it. Congratulations too :)
