With a car that old maybe some of the lights are burned out. If not check the fuses.

The display module, the circuit board inside the dash is not getting power or ground or has failed totally. Get a car electrician to look at it. Check your fuses and relays first and replace them.

If all of the lights stopped working at the same time then it is probably a fuse. As per the owners manual (http://www.dodge.com/en/owners/manuals/) there is information available when the fuse panel is removed that identifies where the fuses are used. Check the fuse for the dash lights and see if it is bad. From manual: Underhood Fuses (Power Distribution Center) A Power Distribution Center is located in the engine compartment; next to the battery. A label identifying the components and circuits is located on the underside of the cover. Interior Fuses The fuse access panel is behind the end cover at the left side of the instrument panel. To remove the panel, pull it out, as shown. A diagram identifying the components and circuits is located on the inside of the cover.

there is a disconnection with the wires. just to look at it will be expensive but the replacement shouldn't. Check the fuses for the car
