Get a jump. If it starts, change your battery.

well if its the 6.0 the admission need to be replaced or if you have the 7.3 try the coil packs if not there go to injectors orr if its 5.4 it my be a fuel or timing chain issue even on the diesels the injection pump goes out after so many miles

No crank or no start? Diesel or gas? Please give some more info before you take any advice from anyone. I hate to throw anyone under the bus here but Tom and George are clueless. 7.3 was the only diesel available in 2002, 6.0 didn't come out till mid 2003. Diesel engines do not have coil packs and I have no idea what an "admission" on a 6.0, it doesn't exist. There is no sensor on the turbo for either a 6.0 or 7.3. The 7.3 has a wastegate actuator and that is on the pedestal, the 6.0 has a VGT actuator on the turbo but its impossible for that to EVER cause a no start, not to mention that its impossible for a 2002 to have a 6.0 to start with. Hope this helps. You can shoot me an email if you would like more direction once you have better info on the concern.
