You can start off with light exercises like jogging, walking, hiking, etc. Find some activity that you like and do it regularly. The idea is to be more active and have regular exercise. 30 minutes of exercise for 4-5 times a week would be a good start. After your body has become accustomed to the exercise, you then increase the intensity and so on.
