Nikola, Rixk is about right, I use the rule of thumb and allow 20 minutes per pound at 350 to 375. you can do the maths from that. Slice after cooking, and don't forget to allow the prime rib to rest covered with foil for at least 15 minutes.

Cut the bones after. But cover the bones with tin foil during cooking so they do not burn. ONLY put the roast in the oven if it is room temperature-not right out of the fridge. Where did you get a 20lb roast? Never seen one that large sold commercially.
