why are you having syrup on bread? its pure sugar. why are you having so much fruit juice? its full of sugar and calories. the only protein you seem to have is one egg. that's not enough. you need to eat small amounts regularly eg slices of toast or oatmeal banana egg & salad apple brown rice, vegetables and ham / chicken / fish etc.
