Go for a walk to tone those areas, do it every other day preferably in a park where the air is fresher. Please eat right and have plenty of fruits, nuts, seeds, veggies etc and less meat and dairy but honestly like under siege said you' don't need to lose weight but exercise is a good idea. Go cycling with a friend that will also help tone those muscles, cycling, running, hiking, walking all great exercises for shaping those muscles.
