On what basis do you consider Switzerland a taxhaven? It is true that wealthy non-Swiss nationals can negotiate with the tax authorities of the kanton they would like to buy a place of residence about the amount of personal income tax they have to pay. This is most often based upon the worth of the residence. Switzerland is, as stated above, a very expensive place to live. Here is a list of all the Swiss kantons, take your pick.
