Let me guess, the guy's family were the kidnappers? If that's not true, I can't see the relevance of kidnapping in the plot. But you probably have ideas about where to take that plot point, so it would be interesting to see where you go with it. I'm personally not into romance novels- unless it's the kind of life or death, break your heart kind. But lot's of people do like romance and romantic thrillers can be interesting, so long as there is enough thrill and the romance does not completely ruin the action. I've beta read stories before that have been: "I know there's currently a huge battle going on, but let's listen to a very bland protagonist rant on for three paragraphs about how much she loves the guy's eyes" Or something to that effect.

No. As Jennifer pointed out, the kidnapping seems to have no relevance to the rest of the plot. This reads like two separate stories - thriller, and teen romance - that have been inexpertly mashed together. If the blurb reads like this, I'd worry that the book does too. The love triangle would really put me off - they are so horribly overdone. And if Savannah 'soon' finds out this guy's secret, what is left to happen in the rest of the book? Also the misspelling of 'continuously' would make me question whether the book was full of similar mistakes.
